The rates below are for those who seek a permanent/seasonal site at Two Creeks. If you wish to visit for a weekend, please go to AttractionUSA.com for the dates of upcoming events.

No one can lease/rent a space at Two Creeks without first being interviewed. This is a private association of adults, and a very special place, for very special adults over the age of 21 (no children are permitted whatsoever).

Membership Benefits will be discussed with you when you visit. But your lease and rental includes ALL weekend dances and special events during the season.

Seasonal Rates for May 1 – October 31, 2009 (we reserve the right to open prior to May 1 or close it before October 31 due to the weather):

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup (electric non metered) – $1900 per season*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with water and electric (no direct sewer hookup) – $1700 per season

Daily Rates – (Please go to AttractionUSA.com for daily rates):

Monthly Rates (May 1 – June 30 and August 1 – October 31)*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with full hookup – $400 per month*

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers with water and electric hookup (no direct sewer) – $350.

Tents, RVs/Pop-ups and Travel Trailers without direct hookup to water, electric or sewer – $300 per month.

*This rate is higher in July. Please call for details. If there is an event, the event rate will apply one week prior to the event.

Private Association Dues – $30 for a one month membership (minimum membership), $149 per Year, $500 for 5 Years or $1,000 for a lifetime membership.
